Lora Garcia RN, MFA Founder of Discovering Mothering (formerly Mindfulmama) Lora Garcia strives to empower women and their partners as they journey through pregnancy, childbirth and on into parenthood. Lora is a certified Birthing From Within mentor, doula, holistic health counselor and, most recently, a registered nurse. Lora opens her heart and mind to her clients' individual needs and believes that the essence of childbirth preparation and authentic parenting is self-discovery. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and their 2 young children and is discovering how to mother every day!
